In modern offices, companies are increasingly abandoning traditional ACS (Access Control and Management Systems) with card authorization in favor of Face ID technology. Cards are constantly being lost, stolen, and vulnerable to copying and counterfeiting, especially budget cards (such as EM-Marine) due to their memory security. The plastic can wear out and be damaged, as well as the need to carry the card and potential problems with operation in strong electromagnetic fields.

And if the office has multifunction printers with authorization or a print outsourcing project is planned, it's still necessary to carry a printer card or use a PIN, which is a significant inconvenience.
